Quotation, installation, and warranty terms

Site measurements, material selection, work scope, price, payment schedule, fabrication timing, installation timing, and access requirements are confirmed in the written quotation for each job. A website enquiry is not a binding quotation or work order.

Removal of old frames, debris disposal, civil repair, painting, waterproofing, structural work, scaffolding, society permissions, and electrical work are excluded unless the written quotation specifically states otherwise.

Any applicable warranty is supplied in writing for the specific job. Its duration, covered materials or workmanship, maintenance requirements, and exclusions are those stated in the accepted quotation or warranty document. Damage from misuse, alterations by others, building movement, third-party work, or conditions outside the agreed scope may be excluded.
